Ras Slick to Perform at Ja Music Conference

Ras Slick is set to bring his brand of music to attendees at next month’s Jamaica Music Conference. The fifth annual conference is scheduled to take place on November 7 at Nanook in Kingston.

It has been a good year for the Washington DC-based singer. He has been making his presence felt on several festivals and events stateside. These include the Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival DC edition, Carifesta in Canada and the Linganore Caribbean Wine festival.

Currently promoting the song No Shackles and Chains, Ras Slick is also known for songs including Humanity, Hold on Me and Good Thing.

A well-rounded entertainer, Ras Slick not only sings but he also dances and plays multiple instruments.

He has opened shows for Sizzla, Morgan Heritage and Beres Hammond among others.
